what and why?

Our Basketball Performance Program (BPP) Vol. 1 is designed to help players gain an increasing amount of strength, speed, agility, core strength, and athleticism to enhance their overall skillset. BPP Vol. 1 is unique because it requires minimum equipment and can be done in absent of a weight room. This program includes over 60 plus exercises separated into five packages which are Strength, SAQ, Stability, Plyometrics, and Core. Our holistic approach is pivotal in the developing our future athletes’ as we understand the importance of strengthening the entire body.
